Warranty
The warranty for one year will cover the plastic details and electrical components of the Product. The warranty does not cover the plant and the substrate. The Warranty Period commences from the date the Products are handed over to the Customer. The warranty covers only the manufacturing defects caused due to transportation and/or storage of the Products. The customer shall inform the company Grow Smart Greens, the latest within 7 Business Days from the date of delivery describing the malfunctioning Product and the occurrence of the fault in detail. For the optimum results, customers are supposed to adhere to all Do’s and Don’ts mentioned in terms and conditions mentioned while ordering the product.
How to get started
In just 3 easy steps
1. Insert the plant pods
Our plant pods are biodegradeable and contain no harmful chemicals.
2. Add water
The Smart Garden has a 1.2 l/40 oz water tank, which holds enough water for up to 3 weeks.
3. Plug it in and enjoy!
Thanks to its energy efficient LED lighting system, the Smart Garden only consumes 8W of power.
